We deliver products using 3rd party freight companies and Australia Post. Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the product and the delivery location. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. There is also a calculator on each item page allowing you to calculate the cost to deliver that item to your postcode.
An option to select shipping 'including transit insurance' will be provided at checkout. If this option is not selected, the product/s will not be insured against loss or damage during transit and G7 Australia will not be in a position to make a claim on your behalf. In addition, the freight company will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the product/s.
G7 Australia will assist with an insurance claim if shipping 'including transit insurance' was selected at checkout and:
- we are notified by the purchaser of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the product/s
- photos are emailed to info@G7australia.com.au clearly showing the damage to the product/s and to the packaging if any
- we are notified by the purchaser at least 36 hours after the ETA has passed and the product/s has not arrived - in this case, a G7 Australia representative will make appropriate enquiries with the freight company as to the whereabouts of the product/s. After being satisfied that the product/s have been lost, G7 Australia will make the necessary insurance claim on behalf of the customer.
Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day after receiving payment. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location. ETA is provided once shipping charge has been calculated.
*Northern Territory customers....be sure to contact us for the best shipping prices either by email or phone. We can often achieve heavily reduced rates to NT due to our volume discount. These rates will not appear via the shipping calculator on the product page.
